A New Course

Coming Soon – The Path

Coming Soon – A New Course to Help You Flourish in Your Family Business – The Path

We’re really pleased to share that something new is on the way.

This June, we’re launching The Path – a course created for people involved in family businesses. Whether you are part of the now generation, the rising generation, the wider family, or you work closely with families in business, this course is for you.

Family businesses offer real opportunity. They can be close, purposeful and full of pride, in their work and their place in the community.

But they can also be emotional and complex. Roles shift. Expectations go unspoken. Conversations can be difficult. And the personal and professional are often deeply connected.

        |   The Path is designed to help with all of this.

It’s an eight-module course that focuses on mindset, how we think, how we respond, and how we manage ourselves in the day-to-day reality of family business life.

The course introduces mindfulness as a way to build presence, self-awareness and emotional understanding. When practised and nurtured, it can help you gain clarity about what really matters and develop a mindset that responds to challenges with purpose, calm and care.

Each module explores aspects of everyday life and how mindfulness can help us respond to them. From building resilience and focus to managing stress, change and uncertainty, The Path helps you reflect on how you approach situations, and how small shifts in mindset can make a big difference.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being more present, more aware, and more able to move forward with confidence and clarity.

You can take the course in two ways. Join a guided group cohort, learning alongside others, or choose a self-guided option that you can complete in your own time. Either way, it’s designed to be clear, kind and supportive throughout.

We believe The Path will make a real difference. In family businesses, it’s rarely the strategy or technical expertise that holds things back. More often, it’s the human side, communication, emotion, unspoken tensions or unresolved conflict, that makes things difficult. When we make space to reflect and grow, we give ourselves the chance to strengthen relationships, build understanding, and create the conditions for long-term success.

If you’re interested, or you’d like to find out more, please get in touch. We’d be happy to talk it through with you. You can also sign up to our newsletter or listen to our podcast on mindfulness and family business for more insight.

We can’t wait to share The Path with you.

It’s a simple, thoughtful course rooted in mindfulness, but its impact can be powerful. We believe it offers something many people in family businesses need: a chance to step back, reflect, and develop the awareness and tools to move forward with more clarity and purpose. It’s about helping families, and the individuals within them, truly flourish.
